Hi we are Dave and Teri and have been with Advocare sense Aug of 2011. It was the best decision we ever made. We were looking for energy and a total health program to help us gain energy and help us trim back up. We found Advocare through a Spark and our lives have been forever changed. We now have energy to keep up with our busy teenage daughters not to mention the 18lbs and 29 inches that Teri has lost.
