Our mission at The Melting Spot is to offer each and every client a total mind, body, soul experience. We pamper our clients with many services including yoga classes, private yoga sessions, massage, sauna, and full yoga retreats. Our signature hot yoga classes are Fire Flow and PowerFit . We also offer many non-heated classes including Restorative, Gentle, Yin Deep Stretch, and Slow Flow. There is something for everyone at The Melting Spot!
The Melting Spot is all things yoga!! Yoga classes, yoga retreats, yoga teacher training! We also offer massage services including deep tissue, sports therapy, and prenatal massage.
